We work closely with the Western Montana Growers Cooperative to source organic Red Winter Wheat and other high-quality grains. Italian cuisine traditionally highlights what’s grown nearby, so we’ve embraced that philosophy by partnering with our regional farmers. Our bread and pasta reflect the character of this area, infusing every dish with a taste of Montana’s fields, orchards, and valleys.
